Security & privacy

Your audio never leaves your network.

packethush is a library that runs on your own servers. Calls are cleaned there: no audio, transcript or call detail is sent to us or to anyone else, and there is no cloud step to approve.

licence check-incounters only

The one message that leaves.

Each running process sends a licence check-in to our licence service. These are the counters it carries; the rest is licence bookkeeping, never anything from a call. Like any request over the internet, it also shows us the public IP address of the server that sends it.

Outbound only
packethush opens no ports and accepts no connections. The licence check-in is the only request it needs.
A call is never dropped
If a licence cannot be confirmed, audio passes through unchanged. It is never muted or cut.
In India, on your infrastructure
Audio stays where your telephony and speech recognition already run. No cross-border transfer, and no new party handling your callers' voices.
Our website demos
The listening examples on this site use openly licensed recordings. When you try your own audio during a trial, it is processed on your machine.
